If there’s a problem, email us and we’ll work with you to fix it.

With all hand produced artisan products, some tiny imperfections are sometimes expected, but if the glass jar is damaged during shipping/transit or you receive a product that isn’t what you ordered, contact us and we will either reimburse the product or give you store credit (depending on the situation).

We do not accept returns or credits for candles that have been partially burnt.

Note: If you are having items shipped to high temp areas- please be able to pick up packages as soon as possible. We will include an ice pack at no additional cost - but we are not responsible for any damage due to hot weather conditions. Any orders purchased on a Friday/Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday/Tue to avoid product damage due to heat. Thank you- we really appreciate your consideration.

Please contact us at diana@allburnwax.com and within one business day of receiving any damaged goods so we can file a claim with sendle.

We use only therapeutic grade essential oils, which are naturally distilled and never synthetic. Rarely, farmers and distillers have to use different variations of plant matter to derive from, which might affect the fragrance acutely.

Images of damaged product may be required for full reimbursement or store credit- Limited per transaction/customer.

For all other requests, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we may offer you partial credit.

A Note from Diana Aalberg/Founder

I started candle making as a hobby, a way to gift friends and family something pretty and made with love- and the truth is, I had to stop quarantine baking, as my husband and I started to out grow our pants at a rapid pace.

But soon, candle making became a slight obsession. I enjoyed the art of it- the unexpected nuances that it takes to create a cohesive scent and collection. Its an adventure, this whole thing, from building a website to getting a business account; its terrifying yet so satisfying - its been a great ride.

Special Thanks to all those who have supported me during this process (including taking late night calls about color schemes and having me shove candles under their faces while I developed the perfect scent).
